Q2. A 40 yo male presents to the emergency department with pain radiating to the left lower quadrant and pubic area. He claims that the pain is colicky and comes in waves. He is unable to stand still and rates the pain at 10/10. His blood pressure is 150/96, pulse is 110, RR is 24 and T is 36.7° C. Despite morphine, his pain lasted 2 hours and remained continuous with 2 bouts of emesis. He did not report experiencing any chest pain, dyspnea, bowel and bladder issues.
